Senior Global Warehousing and Distribution Manager

Lead global warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring inbound receiving, storage, inventory handling, and outbound transportation are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality, regulatory, trade, and sustainability requirements. Develop and execute warehousing and transportation strategies that improve service, optimize costs, increase automation, and enhance operational performance while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. Lead large-scale initiatives focused on cost savings, infrastructure improvements, process optimization, and digital transformation, leveraging data analytics and Lean methodologies to deliver measurable business results. Build, develop, and lead high-performing warehouse and logistics teams by fostering a culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, employee development, accountability, and operational excellence. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, Business Units, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and external logistics providers to optimize inventory strategies, transportation networks, supplier performance, and warehouse capacity while ensuring uninterrupted customer service. Requirements 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Physical Distribution, Operations Management, or a related field, including leadership experience managing warehouse and distribution operations.
