Key Responsibilities: Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times. Promote Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to ensure their safety and security. Foster Connections: Build strong relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy and comfortable living environment. Accurate Documentation: Record and report any changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring seamless communication with the care team. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide personalized, holistic care. What We’re Looking For: A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida. A passion for providing compassionate, dignified care to residents.
