Construction Superintendent

Texas Freedom Concrete Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential concrete projects from start to finish. We are looking for a motivated leader who is organized, dependable, and experienced in the homebuilding or construction industry. Responsibilities Coordinate with builders, project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Schedule crews, equipment, and material deliveries. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within company quality standards. Perform job site inspections before, during, and after concrete placement. Maintain a safe job site and enforce OSHA safety standards. Communicate daily progress with the office and customers. Solve field issues quickly and professionally. Transport equipment and materials as needed. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in construction. Experience in residential homebuilding or concrete construction preferred. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish . Must have experience pulling and backing trailers . Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and scheduling software. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Concrete foundation and flatwork experience. Knowledge of post-tension foundations. Experience working with production homebuilders. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred but not required).
