ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in January 2021 and has grown into a team of eight. I came into the role as an external hire, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong focus on building a high-performing, supportive team environment.

I'm a graduate of North Carolina State University and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta. Giving back and staying involved in the community is something I'm very passionate about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Morgan Brinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
