This is a Principal opening for someone who treats Collaboration as a starting point, not a finish line, here at Paramount. Here you'll combine 9 years of know-how with $107,000 - $166,000, full project ownership, and a team that has your back. Key Responsibilities Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached Leave every general system a little better than you found it Make the underdog-spirited call when the data points two different directions Keep KS reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Salina, KS office What You'll Bring Principal mastery of People Management, validated by people who'd hire you again A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through 10+ years navigating the politics that general work attracts Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener For all its genuinely-flexible ambition, Paramount still operates like the scrappy Salina startup that first cracked general years ago. You won't find performance theater here; we care what you shipped, not how busy you looked. We trade fair $107,000 - $166,000 for your talent and throw in mentorship, benefits, and a flexibility policy people actually use.
