Director of Internal Communications & Employer Brand (Hybrid)

Miami University in Oxford, Ohio seeks a Director of Organizational Communications to lead integrated internal communications and branding efforts across the university. The role reports to the Senior Director of Communications and works closely with OHRM leadership to inform and engage employees, shaping workplace culture and alignment with strategic goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years in PR/marketing/communications with supervisory experience, preferably #J-18808-Ljbffr miamioh.edu
