By mid-day you’re routing crisp edges, assembling panels with precise fasteners, and checking tolerances. You wrap up by cleaning your station, lubricating tools, and collaborating with teammates on tomorrow’s build plan. • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
• Occasional Saturdays may be required based on workload
• Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour (based on experience)

As a woodcraft expert for our elevator cabs, you will:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to confirm materials and specs
• Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, routers, planers, drill presses, and sanders
• Assemble components with nails, screws, adhesives, and related fasteners for durable construction
• Inspect incoming wood stock and finished pieces to uphold quality standards
• Dial in machine settings to achieve accuracy and consistency across runs
• Perform light tool maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
• Keep a safe, tidy, and organized work area
• Cross-train and collaborate with teammates as needed
• Complete other assigned tasks that support production

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in woodworking, cabinet making, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and follow technical documentation
• Comfort using both hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of safe, efficient work in a production setting
• Self-starter who also thrives on team-based builds

This role takes place in a production environment and may include:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
