We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to support our accounting team with financial transactions, reconciliations, and recordkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with numbers and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process cash activity, deposits, and accounting transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries
• Maintain account reconciliations and organized financial records
• Support payroll processing as needed
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, and AR team members
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent accounting / bookkeeping experience
• Experience with bank deposits and bank reconciliations strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
