Job Summary: Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives? SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client's ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!

Hours: Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM. Weekends: Flexible for community outings. Note: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM.

Salary Range $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Total hours minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Personal care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care.
Domestic assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Health and safety care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises.
Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.
Community assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities.
Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns.
Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read and write in English.
A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required.
CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Current TB test.
Excellent communication skills.
