Job Summary.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support custom-built web applications. The role involves end-to-end development, including coding, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ongoing application maintenance. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities.

Application Development.
Design, code, compile, test, debug, and document web applications. Develop and maintain custom-built .NET applications. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Performance and Support.
Monitor, review, and audit system performance. Identify performance issues and implement improvements. Provide maintenance and ongoing support for applications.

Collaboration and Compliance.
Collaborate with technical architects and IT teams to ensure compliance with standards. Participate in design discussions and Scrum ceremonies. Provide technical input and feedback during development phases.

Knowledge Transfer and Documentation.
Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation of all development activities.

Additional Responsibilities.
Perform analysis, special projects, and other tasks as assigned. Support design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Key Deliverables.

Required Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills.
Minimum two (2) years of full-stack development experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and MSSQL. Minimum one (1) year of experience in enterprise-level software development.

Preferred Qualifications.

Two (2) plus years of experience with .NET Core frameworks including MVC architecture. Experience with Bootstrap, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue or React. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Experience collaborating with development teams and client stakeholders on design, delivery, and deployment.
