Advanced Physical Therapy in Guilford, CT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients. In our patient-centered, collaborative clinic, you’ll perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy, and track outcomes using EMR. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, educate patients and families, and work closely with a supportive team.
