Job Title Physical Therapist Location Browning, MT | Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | PRN | Days | Approximately twice per month (every 2 weeks) Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with MDS and Medicare documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently in a PRN capacity with minimal supervision
- Flexible PRN schedule ideal for therapists seeking supplemental work on a consistent part-time basis
