Handbags Product Lead & Team Coach

Summary The Assistant Manager, Product will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the Handbags and Small Leather Goods category in the Beverly Hills boutique. They will coach and manage a team of salespeople, deliver elevated client experiences, and partner with the Boutique Director on business priorities. The role combines selling floor leadership with product analysis, assortment planning, and market representation. Responsibilities Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience Provide initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning Partner with the Home Office buying team and Boutique Director to execute category strategies Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community partnerships and events Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays Proven coaching, communication, and leadership skills Passion for CHANEL and strong product and client experience knowledge Foreign language skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
