Responsibilities: Welcome and assist applicants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to applicant inquiries. Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments. Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting databases. Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes. Support daily office operations and administrative tasks. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. Ensure a positive applicant experience from initial contact through placement. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, preferably in a staffing agency environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems. Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude. Shifts: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Duration: Direct Hire
