salary: $40,560 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, band saws, grinders, and other machine shop
equipment
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as needed
• Fabricate and modify machine parts, shafts, bushings, brackets, and tooling
• Repair and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime
• Read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform preventive maintenance
• Install, adjust, and align mechanical components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
