Outside Sales Representative

Fleet Glass Services is a growing auto glass company providing high-quality glass repair and replacement services to commercial fleets and customers throughout our markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Raleigh market. Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and growing revenue within the assigned territory. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable prospecting, meeting with customers in the field, and taking ownership of their sales pipeline. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure customers receive a high level of service from the initial sales conversation through ongoing account management. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Raleigh market Prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts Conduct customer meetings and presentations Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers and follow up consistently Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Fleet Glass services Partner with operations to support successful customer onboarding and service Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions Meet established sales and revenue goals Represent Fleet Glass Services professionally throughout the market Qualifications Previous outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred Automotive, auto glass, fleet, insurance, or related industry experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable prospecting and developing new business Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory Compensation This position offers a guaranteed base per month, with the opportunity to earn additional income through our commission structure. Each month, the Outside Sales Representative will receive either the guaranteed base or earned commission, whichever is greater.
