Requirements

• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold a valid, active license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Technical Savvy: Prior experience or proficiency with Eaglesoft software is highly preferred.
Clinical Skills: Strong mastery of dental terminology, oral anatomy, vital signs tracking, and direct patient care.
Specialized Certification: An active Local Anesthesia License is a major plus.
Core Attributes: A genuine passion for advanced dentistry combined with a compassionate, gentle, and elite chairside manner.

Job Description

Comprehensive Preventative Care: Execute thorough dental cleanings, including meticulous scaling and root planing to eradicate plaque and calculus buildup.
Diagnostic Assessment: Evaluate overall oral health by comprehensively reviewing patient medical histories, measuring vital signs, and capturing high-quality digital dental radiographs.
Advanced Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene strategies and post-treatment guidance to foster long-term dental wellness.
Clinical Compliance & Safety: Rigorously uphold healthcare infection prevention and control expertise using strict aseptic techniques.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Document precise, highly detailed patient charts and treatment plans within practice management software, ensuring absolute compliance with HIPAA regulations.
