Sign Manufacturing Assembler Wanted

Are you a reliable, hands‑on worker with a background in carpentry or metalwork? We’re hiring a Metal Bending & Assembly Technician to join a busy production team. In this role, you’ll help shape, attach, and prepare materials for custom builds—working with tools, machines, and a team that values precision and accountability. Responsibilities: Assist with bending and forming metal components used in custom signage Remove protective plastic film from completed letter faces and parts Apply caulking to the inside of letters to seal and finish the structure Use an air tool to insert rivetnuts into assembled pieces Use hand tools to attach and frame parts according to job specs Follow visual diagrams and basic plans to assemble letters accurately Help with crating and prepping finished goods for outbound shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support general warehouse or shop tasks as needed Requirements: Previous experience in carpentry, sheet metal, or hands‑on assembly work Comfortable using hand tools, saws, drills, or bending equipment Strong attention to detail and a self‑starting attitude Good attendance and reliable transportation required Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift Must be able to follow instructions in English (verbal and written) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6AM – 5PM Pay Rate: $18 / Hourly Location: San Antonio, TX 78222 EEO STATEMENT Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at our Company, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
