E & E Healthcare Services LLC is a family-owned, faith-based home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and high-quality support to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily activities. Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, warm-hearted, and dedicated Caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with people and brings patience, understanding, and empathy to their work every day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, exercising, meal prep)
Help with safe mobility and transfers
Medication reminders (non-medical)
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Observe and report changes in client condition
Maintain accurate daily care reports
Deliver care with empathy, respect, and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications
Completed 9th grade education and able to read and write clearly
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, facility, or family caregiving accepted)
Must be an empathetic, patient, and caring individual
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs when assisting clients
