Responsibilities

• Perform professional medical aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and other services based on experience and certification.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment options and skincare products.
• Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the practice by contributing wherever needed. As a member of our collaborative team, you'll assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment and reception area. 

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician license (required).
• Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Confidence recommending treatment plans and skincare products.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve results.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
