Village Place Health And Rehab Is Looking For Qualified, Compassionate, Positive Rns And Lpns To Join Our TeamWe are looking for LPNs or RNs to care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner. LPN and RN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate.ResponsibilitiesRecord a patient's medical history accuratelyTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient chartsAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasksCollect samples for lab testing as assignedProvide emotional and psychological support when neededCommunicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructionsSkillsProven experience as LPN or RNAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and proceduresUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyGood knowledge of MS Office and data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stressSuccessful completion of LPN or RN license program is a mustThis position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse in compliance with Florida House Bill 531 (2025).
