This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Senior IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing IT support to engineers at KLA in their use of CAD and PDM systems, including Creo and Solidworks/PDM. The role encompasses tasks such as installation support, troubleshooting, training, and analyzing requirements to improve the machine design process at KLA. This role will also provide IT support through KLA's Digital Transformation and AI roadmap to implement CAD Integration with PLM, Libraries cleanup, Early BOM, AI tools and other cross-organizational work procedures.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support for CAD/PDM systems utilized by KLA engineersServe as the administrator for PDM toolsManage projects of new CAD related tools introduction and design process efficiency improvements Implement new CAD model templates, data cards, and workflowsCollaborate with other systems, including PLM, to ensure integration and process optimizationMinimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldAt least eight (8) years of relevant professional experienceA mechanical engineering background with a minimum of two years experience in CAD/PDM systems administration or implementationDeep technical and application knowledge of CAD/PDM systems, specifically Creo, and Solidworks/PDMSolid understanding of engineering processes, including Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI)Experience using AI with CAD tools and simulation is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work effectively under pressure and outside of standard working hours when necessaryThis position is hybrid and based at the Midwest headquarters in Ann Arbor, MichiganBase Pay Range: $111,100.00 - $188,900.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
