Manage and oversee 3rd party implementers delivering utility/EE programs Monitor KPIs, goals, performance, and compliance Provide program direction, guidance, and corrective actions Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships Lead regulatory reporting, annual reports, and compliance documentation Contribute to regulatory writing and filings Location: San Diego (Onsite 4x week) Job Title: Program Advisor Pay: $50-$53/hr Manage and oversee 3rd party implementers delivering utility/EE programs Monitor KPIs, goals, performance, and compliance Provide program direction, guidance, and corrective actions Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships Lead regulatory reporting, annual reports, and compliance documentation Contribute to regulatory writing and filings Desired Skills and Experience Senior-level oversight of third‑party implemented energy efficiency programs. Focus on program management-not day‑to‑day invoicing or enrollments. Directly manage external implementers, ensure performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.
