Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs. Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.52 (plus shift differentials as applicable). Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for Full‑Time and up to $3,750 for Part‑Time (limited time). Access to daily pay. Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being Assist with resident comfort Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care Maintain confidentiality, follow all policies, procedures, and federal, state, local requirements Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration) Help coach staff as necessary Requirements Current LPN license in Virginia CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment Salary/Wage range: Compensation will depend on candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside the range shown.
