ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) facility. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) support.Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status, and respond promptly to changes in condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and recovery processes.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.ACLS and BLS certifications are required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.Strong clinical assessment skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.ScheduleThis position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) and includes working every other weekend.Additional InformationNew graduates are welcome to apply.
