Raw Ingredient Associate – Little Falls, Minnesota We are hiring a Full Time Raw Ingredient Associate in Little Falls, Minnesota. Schedule Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store raw ingredients while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols. Operate machinery and conduct inventory checks. Collaborate with team members and various departments to meet production goals. Run meat blocks through processing equipment and mix ingredients according to customer specifications. Add oils as needed per customer specifications. Use forklift to unload shipments into the freezer and stage product for processing when needed. Clean Meat Room equipment throughout the shift and at the end of runs to maintain sanitation standards. Work with a team to ensure product is processed safely and timely. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory. Ability to lift 50 pounds at times. Qualifications To excel as a Raw Ingredient Associate, you need strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and proactive problem-solving skills. Effective communication with team members and a commitment to safety practices and industry regulations are essential.
