Operations Specialist | Part-Time to Full-Time | Purpose1st Financial | Hilliard, OH Purpose1st Financial is a growing wealth advisory firm serving high-net-worth families, business owners, and professional athletes. We act as the hub of our clients’ financial lives, coordinating their attorney, accountant, insurance, and investments under one roof. We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to help keep the day-to-day machine running. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to learn a growing financial planning firm from the inside, with a clear path to more. What you’ll do: Keep client files, scheduling, and internal systems organized and moving Support the onboarding process for new clients Handle back-office tasks that free up the founders to focus on client work and growth Take on projects as they come up, from process documentation to light marketing support What this role can become: We’re structuring this as a part-time role for the first three months, with a full-time offer on the table by the end of the trial period for the right fit. Where it goes from there is genuinely open. Some people in this seat grow into client relationship management. Others grow into running operations end to end. We’ll figure that out together, based on what you’re good at and what you want. What we’re looking for: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning tasks without being micromanaged Comfortable with ambiguity.
