Advisory Platform Consultant

What You’ll Do Partner with Kestra advisors and staff to drive adoption, optimization, and long‑term retention of our AdvisorEnterprise powered by Envestnet and NFS and other core platforms. Deliver platform consulting through virtual and in-person meetings with advisors and their teams. Conduct training, education, and platform overviews for onboarding and recruiting firms. Develop and maintain educational resources and best‑practice guidance related to advisory platform usage. Act as a liaison between advisors and internal teams (Wealth Management Operations, Wealth Consulting, Advisory Platform Team) to resolve complex platform issues. Communicate advisor feedback, adoption trends, and platform challenges to key stakeholders. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong client‑first mindset. Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve. What You Bring Required Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or consulting. Deep knowledge of advisory platforms, investment programs, and industry trends. Strong presentation, training, and relationship‑management skills. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Willingness to travel up to 25 %. Preferred Experience with Envestnet, NFS and/or iCapital platforms. Professional designations such as CFP®, CIMA®, CFA®, or similar. Certificates, Licenses, Registration FINRA Series 7, 66 or 63 with qualifying designation for 65.
