Our ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care while delivering quality outcomes in an efficient and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.Provide evidence-based treatment and patient education.Collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.Maintain timely and accurate documentation.Foster a positive, patient-centered experience.Qualifications:Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.Current Georgia Physical Therapist license and CPR certification.One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience in a private practice or hospital setting preferred.
