Outpatient Physical TherapistLocation: Magnolia, TXAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 5x8.0, starting July 6Job Description: The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates patients to develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for directing all therapy services for assigned patients and designing functional treatment programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities.
