Required Skills, Education and Certifications HHA, PCA, CNA, or other certification preferred Alzheimer’s or dementia experience is a plus Empathy, compassion, and kindness are MUST Sound judgement and calm approach in a variety of situations Reliability, dependability, and punctuality Basic computer skills and technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening COVID‑19 Protocols and Essential Worker Support 24/7 COVID rapid response team PPE supplies provided as needed (masks required, face shields, gowns, gloves) Safety precautions training Assistance with gathering resources / county testing Licensure Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to the place of assignment. Experience Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of education and/or experience to accomplish assigned tasks.
