Our mission is to provide robust monitoring, automation, and operational capabilities that ensure the reliability and performance of WorkSpaces Instances.We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate the services, secure, and maintain WorkSpaces for humans and, increasingly, for the AI agents that work beside them, across every supported OS and identity provider. You will own end-to-end delivery of features and systems within Watchtower - from design through deployment and operations - holding a high bar for availability, latency, and security.You are customer-obsessed, technically deep, and energized by solving hard problems. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
