Role snapshot- Shift: Weekend 12-hour schedule
- Hours: Friday–Saturday–Sunday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Comp: 36 hours worked, paid for 40, plus a weekend shift differential
- Assist with setup, operation, and upkeep of KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed litho presses (6- and 7-color, 40").
- Watch the run: maintain color consistency, registration, and overall print quality.
- Help fine-tune ink and water balance to hit target results.
- Support routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep throughput high.
- Team up with production to meet deadlines and output goals.
- Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; printing trade coursework is a bonus.
- Experience as a Litho Press Feeder or closely related role.
- Solid grasp of offset printing processes and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting mindset.
- Ability to work solo and in a team environment.
- Effective communicator with a positive, proactive approach.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
