Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid South Carolina School Psychologist license required
• Background in special education and school psychology
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and consultation skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct assessments
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Assist in developing and implementing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide student support
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Participate in eligibility meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and student support initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district protocols
• Engage in ongoing professional development and district initiatives
