Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.43 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management, and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor activity to help deter unauthorized entry and support community rules and property policies. Report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
