Sr. Program Manager:

The Senior Program Manager is the operational lead for assigned client programs, owning the integrated execution of work from approved scope through final delivery. This role serves as a client-facing operational partner alongside Client Success, confidently leading conversations related to project execution, timelines, deliverables, and next steps.

The ideal Senior Program Manager is an experienced agency operator who can step into complex work already in motion, quickly understand the landscape, establish structure and independently drive execution. This person confidently leads cross-functional teams, challenges unclear information, makes informed decisions and as the trusted operational lead for the account.

-       Owns approved client programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and against agreed-upon expectations.

-       Builds and owns integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, assignments, approvals and deliverables.

-       Connects cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity around needs, ownership and timing while driving accountability and follow-through to keep work moving.

-       Leads internal project and status meetings, drives next steps and maintains a clear, accurate source of truth for the team.

-       Proactively identifies missing information, risks, dependencies and resource constraints, resolving or escalating roadblocks before they impact delivery.

-       Partners with Client Success to translate approved scopes into actionable plans, proactively managing budgets, resources, timelines, and scope changes to protect project profitability.

-       Coordinates internal and external resources, including freelancers, subcontractors, production partners and vendors, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines and budgets.

-       Confidently makes day-to-day operational decisions within approved parameters, engages discipline leads appropriately, and escalates issues with recommended solutions.

Skills required:

·       Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple complex and integrated workstreams simultaneously.

·       Demonstrated ability to quickly assess work in progress, identify gaps and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving or ambiguous situations.

·       Strong understanding of integrated agency workflows across creative, digital, media, content and production.

·       Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs, drives execution and remains calm and solutions-oriented in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

·       Strong, confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders, clients, vendors and cross-functional teams.

·       Comfortable driving accountability and building strong, collaborative working relationships while remaining flexible and adaptable.

Experience Requirements:

-       8+ years of agency, integrated marketing, program management or comparable experience managing complex client work.

-       Significant experience managing integrated marketing programs across multiple disciplines, such as creative, digital, media, content, production and/or experiential.

-       Manages project scopes, budgets, timelines, resources, and outside partners.

-       Experience stepping into established accounts or complex programs and quickly creating structure, clarity and momentum.

-       Agency experience strongly preferred.

-       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, SharePoint and other project management and collaboration platforms.
