Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Active state licensure as an SLP in Ohio or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to provide assessment, therapy, and documentation in accordance with educational compliance standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adapt interventions for a diverse caseload, with caseload size and age group to be determined closer to assignment
• Work across multiple school sites, final assignments to be confirmed
• Deliver in-person therapy four days each week and enjoy flexibility with a fifth hybrid day—choose the day that fits best with your work style and schedule
