Manufacturing Supervisor

We're recruiting experienced Production Shift Supervisors for a growing 24/7 manufacturing facility. We have multiple openings, including Direct Hire and Temporary/Contract opportunities. Competitive Pay (DOE) Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts Current openings on Days and Nights Flexibility to work either shift is preferred We're Looking For: 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Experience in a 24/7 production environment Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Experience with safety, quality, production, scheduling, and continuous improvement Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or process improvement initiatives is highly preferred Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); ERP/SAP experience is a plus Responsibilities Include:

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and Lead Operators.
• Drive accountability for attendance, productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics, conduct shift reports, and address production issues.
• Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
• Frequent walking and standing.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise, forklifts, and required PPE.
