Louisville Gardens – Louisville, OH Full-Time Nurse - 6 PM–6 AM - Memory Care/Dementia Unit Louisville Gardens, located in Louisville, OH, is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our Memory Care/Dementia Unit on night shift. We are Great Place to Work Certified and looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing quality care and being part of a supportive team. What We’re Looking For: Current Ohio RN or LPN license Long-term care experience preferred Memory Care/Dementia experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care/Dementia residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team Supervise and support CNAs Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment If you are an RN or LPN looking for a full-time 12-hour night shift and want to be part of a team that truly cares for its residents, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
