Urgent Care PhysicianSt. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join our growing, well-respected Urgent Care team. This position is supported by our award-winning hospital system, St. Elizabeth Healthcare, and offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with a strong and established referral base.Position Overview The Urgent Care Physician provides high-quality, patient-focused care in a team-based clinical setting. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in creating a positive experience for patients, colleagues, and the community.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate patients presenting for urgent care servicesPrescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plansCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff to deliver coordinated careMaintain a professional, welcoming presence with patients, families, and team members, both in person and by phoneSupport operational, administrative, and organizational goals of St. Elizabeth PhysiciansContribute to a culture focused on quality, service excellence, and financial stewardshipQualificationsGraduate of an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency programEligible for medical licensure in the state of practiceBoard certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency MedicineBoard certification must be maintained, with no lapse longer than one yearCertification must be recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic AssociationAbout St. Elizabeth:St. Elizabeth Physicians is a physician led multi-specialty physician group organization consisting of 517 physicians, 334 advanced practice providers and more than 2,000 non-provider associates.
