Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis for a night shift position from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. As a Registered Nurse at Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities: Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers. Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
