The Contracts Manager position oversees telecommunications and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients. This is not a contract administration role. You will negotiate directly with national service providers on six- and seven-figure agreements, evaluate complex business opportunities, and help clients make decisions that affect property value, resident experience, and long-term revenue. It's a great fit for someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a real "figure it out" factor. This person will work from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio metro area and have the willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for staff and vendor meetings. Note: This is a fully - remote role and is open to individuals who reside within 75 miles of the Central Ohio area only. To work from home, you do need a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise. The position is limited to Central Ohio due to periodic in-person team meetings and onboarding requirements.
