Bilingual Front Desk Specialist — Customer Care

Colonial Group in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients at our busy community counseling center. If you're organized, compassionate, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you! You'll handle front desk tasks, register new clients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, answer calls, process mail and emails, and support day-to-day office operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Colonial Group
