E-Billing Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to join their team. This position is hybrid. Responsibilities Oversee a team of Billing Specialists Review e-bill submissions Monitor compliance with rate agreements and guidelines Provide reporting for budgets, fee arrangements, and accrual requests Manage client relationships Review monthly reports to identify overdue billing or collections Work with clients and the Collections Department to resolve any payment issues Review time entries based on client and matter requirements Contact new clients to discuss billing procedures and agreements Coordinate with partners regarding client agreements and billing procedures Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field 7+ years of legal billing experience including Elite and Elite 3E Strong technical skills including Word, Excel, and other software Ability to work in a team and independently Great problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $127,500 per year depending on relevant experience, education, and other job-related factors.
