Regional Business Director: Strategy & Growth

Biopharma Careers

Otsuka in the United States seeks a Senior Business Director to lead the regional strategy and drive commercial excellence. You will oversee a team of Area Business Leads, own the regional P&L, and partner with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to execute localized plans that support patient outcomes and growth.

The role requires senior leadership experience, cross-functional expertise in pharmaceuticals, and a proven ability to transform organizations
