$3032/hr to start (reviews at 1 & 3 months) MonFri, 85 | No weekends

The work: residential + light commercial repairs and improvements. Mostly small-to-mid jobs, lots of variety.

What you'll do:

• Handle a wide range of carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring/tile, basic plumbing/electrical, doors/windows, exterior repairs
• Work independently and troubleshoot on site
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Close out job notes/materials in our phone app
• Keep a clean jobsite and professional appearance

What we need:

• 20+ years hands-on experience
• Strong in multiple trades (service/repair mindset)
• Solid customer communication (explain scope, set expectations)
• Comfortable on ladders
• Reliable truck/van + professional tools
• Background check + references
