About the Role:

International H2O Inc is looking for a motivated, reliable, and dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team. You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, orders moving, and shipments on time. We are currently growing rapidly and this is a great moment to join our team.

Duties:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and inventory

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for accurate and timely fulfillment

Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency

Operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with stock management

Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures

Assist in the logistics of transporting merchandise

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience preferred

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is key
