RN - Behavioral Health

Travel position for RN specializing in Behavioral Health. Work in a geriatric psychiatric unit. Unit has a total of 120 beds with approximately 50 staff members. Staffing includes Day Shift RNs and Mental Health Technicians, as well as Night Shift RNs and Mental Health Technicians. Patient ratios are estimated at 1:8/9 for both days and nights. Utilize Welsh Allen Vital Sign Machines and Meditech EMR. Successful candidates will possess strong inpatient Behavioral Health experience. Role includes responsibilities for Behavioral Health admissions and discharges. Lead RN resources classes are provided. Floating to other Inpatient adult Behavioral Health units may be required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to manage patient acuity. Team players with compassion are highly valued.
