Position Summary Oversee the specified modality and its personnel in the absence of the Modality Manager. Assist the Modality Manager with administrative duties and serve as a resource for colleagues. Represent the company professionally with patients, physicians, and referring offices. Desired Skills & Experience Experience managing modality operations, workflow optimization, and patient scheduling. Strong leadership skills; acts as a positive role model and maintains relationships with clinical managers, staff, physicians, and patients. Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, training, and orienting new staff; provides staff counseling and performance management. Ability to resolve customer complaints and ensure equipment and office operations are maintained. Knowledge of medical technology, regulatory compliance, and safety procedures. Compensation The hourly range is $40.00 – $55.00.
