Electrical Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorCummings Electrical is hiring for a Production Supervisor for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain a positive, engaged teamTrain and develop team members to align with production needs and business flexibility requirementsClearly define and communicate expectationsEstablish and improve workflow for a variety of products; setting standards and regularly following up on standardized processesHave the managerial courage to hold team accountable to operational goalsUtilize the Tiered Meeting process to track and analyze key operational metrics and implement actions to improve operational performanceDirect day-to-day activities in respective departments, including manpower movement, job assignments, time/attendance/vacation dataCommunicate with respective departments on subjects relating to policy problem resolution, department objectives and quality issuesControl and manage overtime, tool and other budgets within current guidelinesManage payroll, attendance, performance reviews and other administrative needs in a timely and accurate mannerUnderstand the prioritization of hundreds of incoming workorders and the fluidity of changing customer demandsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
